Universal Resources announces Mt Isa Mines begins copper drilling at Blackard

UNIVERSAL Resources has advised that Mt Isa Mines have commenced drilling at the Blackard deposit as part of its exploration for the SEEP Joint Venture.

The SEEP Joint Venture involves an area of approximately 174 square kilometres within the 1650 square kilometre Roseby Copper Project tenements in Cloncurry, Queensland.

The initial part of the exploration program, totalling 1300 m of drilling, will aim to further test the sulphide system underlying the Blackard native copper deposit, testing the strike extent of high grade copper intersected last October, as well as infill drilling to test the 1,250 strike length of western sulphide mineralisation.
