Encounter Resources kicks off WA copper drilling

ENCOUNTER Resources has announced the commencement of a diamond drilling program at its Yeneena copper project in Western Australia.

The 2200m program will initially test four targets, which the company claims have the potential to host a major new copper position.

The four copper targets to be drilled occur within sediments of the Broadhurst Formation in a similar geological setting to the Nifty copper deposit.

The project is co-funded through the WA Government’s Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS).
