BOART Longyear has been awarded BHP Billiton’s Olympic Dam ‘Vendor of the Year’ award for 2009.

Boart Longyear says they pleased to be recognised for their industry-leading safety programs.

Boart Longyear claims they are looking forward to continuing to perform critical drilling services for BHP Billiton at Olympic Dam in South Australia.

The company has been providing drilling services at Olympic Dam for approximately 10 years.
